Personal

Dr. Cosgrove returned to Tennessee in 2020 after spending almost 23 years with the Florida Eye Clinic in Orlando, Florida, where she served as the clinic director of one of the satellite offices. She has a true “house divided,” with one of her sons having graduated from the University of Florida, and the other from Florida State University. Dr. Cosgrove’s father, Larry Costello, was a professional basketball player who won a championship as both a player with the Philadelphia 76ers, and as the first coach of the Milwaukee Bucks. He was inducted into the NBA / Basketball Hall of Fame in 2022. Dr. Cosgrove has a true love of sports, especially basketball and tennis, but has recently has developed a new interest in pickleball. Other interests include Zumba, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Pamela Cosgrove is married to Dr. Dennis Cosgrove, the founder and previous director of Cookeville Eye Specialists.
